How can I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website at jezerca.com for the best available rates, via WhatsApp or phone at +355 67 30 93 406, by email at [email protected], or through Booking.com. Direct bookings include breakfast at no extra charge.
Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes. Breakfast is included in all rooms and villas. It is served daily at the restaurant from 7:30 to 9:30 AM.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Check-out is before noon. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you.
What is the minimum age for check-in?
The minimum age for independent check-in is 18. Children are warmly welcome when accompanied by an adult guest.
Where can I find room descriptions and availability?
Full descriptions, photos, and availability for all 20 alpine villas and the kulla guesthouse rooms can be found on our Rooms page at jezerca.com. You can also contact us directly for personalised advice on which villa suits your group best.
Payment and Cancellation
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in: 30% of the booking amount is charged. Cancellations within 48 hours before check-in: 50% of the booking amount is charged. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows: 100% of the booking amount is charged.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (EUR and ALL), bank transfer, and major credit cards. Online payments can be processed through our booking platform. If you have questions about payment, please contact us directly before arrival.
Will I be charged before my arrival?
In some cases a deposit may be required to confirm your reservation, particularly during high season. We will let you know at the time of booking if this applies. The remaining balance is settled on arrival or departure.
Do prices vary by season?
Yes. Villa prices vary between low season and high season. Current rates are displayed on each villa page and are updated regularly. For the most accurate pricing, contact us directly or use the booking form on the website.
Getting here & Additional questions
How do I get to Jezerca Experience in Valbonë?
We are located in Valbonë, in the Valbona Valley National Park in Northern Albania. The most common route is via Shkodër — Bajram Curri — Dragobia road to Valbonë. A ferry from Koman Lake to Fierza is a popular and scenic option. If you need help with bag transport from Valbona to Çerem or elsewhere, we can arrange this — just ask at reception.
Can I check in early or check out late?
Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability. Please contact us in advance so we can prepare accordingly. If your villa is not yet ready on arrival, you are welcome to store your luggage and enjoy the restaurant or surroundings.
Are children welcome?
Children are warmly welcome at Jezerca Experience. Children stay free when using existing bedding. Complimentary breakfast is included for children. Please inform us at the time of booking if you are travelling with young children so we can prepare accordingly.
Do you offer guided tours or hiking experiences?
Yes. We offer guided tours and hiking experiences in the Albanian Alps. Our tours page is currently being updated with full details. In the meantime, contact us directly and we will be happy to help plan your mountain experience.
